Refund policy

If it doesn't feel right, here is how it works.

Preorder cancellations

Every order is a preorder from our first run. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email [email protected] with your order number and we refund you to your original payment method.

Returns

Send your pillow back unused and in its packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is paid by you unless it arrived faulty or wrong.

Faulty or wrong items

Email us with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, including postage, and you send nothing back.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything before we reply.

When you're refunded

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
