Orders
When you place an order you pay in full at checkout. We email a confirmation and, when it ships, a tracking link.
Section 5A: Preorders
Every order is a preorder from our first production run. The dispatch date is an estimate that we email to you once it is set; if we can't meet it, we tell you before it passes and offer a new date or a full refund. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.
Using the pillow
The pillow is a comfort product, not a safety device. In a car, wear your seatbelt as the vehicle maker and your doctor advise, never place the pillow under the belt, and keep your seat upright while the car is moving.
Shipping Protection
Optional and unticked by default. It covers a parcel stolen after delivery or damaged in transit; we replace it free. It is not a warranty and is refunded with your order if the order is cancelled before it ships.
Product images
Our images show the pillow and its print as closely as we can. The print runs across the whole fabric, so the spots sit slightly differently on every pillow.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our checkout partner. Your statement shows the merchant as CuddleSeat.
